Amy, the better link for Poetry Atlanta is http://www.poetryatlanta.com (which -redirects to the blog). That’s where the actual calendar is located. Thanks for including us! This is a great resource!

Thank you, Amy. At last, the internet is used for good and not for evil! If anyone would do it, it would of course be you …

Please add Rochester, New York to your listing. We have Writers and Books here, wab.org, with many readings, classes and events related to poetry.

Also, my husband, and fellow poet/(attorney) Lou Faber and I host a monthly Open Mic at =Grounds Coffee Shop, 250 South Avenue at Caroline Street in Rochester, NY. The next one is August 12th, 2009 7 – 9 PM. All are welcome.
We read in a round-robin fashion, which keeps the energy going. One person, one poem, next person, one poem, , next, next, until we run out of poems and people.
